We currently ship within Australia only.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays and peak periods.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

We encourage customers to carefully review product information before placing an order.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If you believe you have received a faulty or damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible.

How to Submit a Claim

Email concierge@odedermatology.com.au with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging, where applicable

Assessment Process

Once your claim has been reviewed, we may request that the product be returned for further assessment.

Upon receiving the item, DOCTOR SHAMMI reserves the right to inspect and assess the product before determining an appropriate resolution.

If the product is confirmed to be faulty, we will offer a replacement, refund, or other remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Return Shipping Costs

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, reasonable return shipping costs will be reimbursed upon presentation of proof of postage.
